Thank you for your patience as we prepare the EHS 50th REUNION COVID PROTOCOLS
Following two date changes of our EHS 50th reunion, the committee wants to ensure the issues surrounding COVID, its variants and your individual safety are met with care and concern. We plan to move ahead with the Reunion as planned for April 30, 2022.
As we are about to enter our third year with this serious health concern, we hope that everyone has now been vaccinated and each person has identified how they wish to personally treat invitations to events in their everyday life – weddings, graduations, bar mitzvahs, theatrical events, etc., etc. Our class reunion is but one of them.
The committee feels comfortable with moving ahead, believing that with the following outlined precautions in place we can have a safe and enjoyable reunion. Of course, there may be changes by April which we would let you know about, but these precautions outlined below will prevail for all the EHS Reunion activities from April 29th thru May 1st.
- All attendees must be fully vaccinated and boosted. This will greatly reduce any chance of sickness or hospitalization.
- Wearing a mask is optional since we will all be vaccinated.
- The Pines and its management continually review the requirements for hotel and group meetings to comply with state mandates and guidelines and ensures their protocols for safety of all attendees are met.
- Crowding – we are following state guidelines but being vaccinated reduces the risks. Our room holds upwards of 160 people, and we anticipate less than 120 individuals.
Our main priority is to be diligent on behalf of our attendees to make this a safe and fun reunion for everyone.
